The ideal student is:

  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to make a meaningful impact

  • Strong teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration skills

  • Able to take initiative and work independently

  • Interested in consulting, societal impact, or the NGO sector

  • Committed to delivering results while managing academic responsibilities effectively

  • Passionate about tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes for a real NGO — where people’s lives are directly affected

  • Incoming second-year BA or IBA student who is on track to complete all first-year courses
