For Students

  • Positions are open to any incoming second year BA or IBA students.
Note: Students must be from these two cohorts and have passed all of their first year courses.

  • You can apply via our Students page. The application process is an online application that consists of a motivation section, a cv section, a grade-list and various questions to assess student fit.

  • The academic component runs from September to June.

  • On average, you can expect to dedicate 5-6 hours per week to the program. In busier weeks, you’ll have two classes (a lecture and a workshop, each about 1 hour and 45 minutes), plus a one-hour team meeting. The exact time may vary depending on workload and project demands.

  • Yes! You earn 15 ECTS that can be used to fill in the elective space of year 3.

  • The projects vary based on the NGO, some may ask for a marketing strategy, some may need help with financial independence, some will need logistical support. Anything that you know or have learned in your first year of IBA is a possibility!

  • At the end of the program you will be able to engage with multiple stakeholders, learn how to delegate and manage time, analyze a non-profit institution and put your business knowledge to be a force for positive change.

  • You will have support from the academic team and the Consulting Project Managers. The latter will be your go to for questions about deliverables and support with the NGO. Of course, the whole board is always able to help!
